“I write this letter separately from my closing letter for the sole purpose of praising Jeff White and the work he did in the… case. Without the witness… we would have been hard pressed to win…. Jeff then put together the chain of evidence necessary to prove… had mismatched tires which caused the van to become uncontrollable. He produced an expert tire witness for me on less than 12 hours notice. During the trial he worked day and night. Between 10:00 PM on Thursday night and 8:15 AM on Friday morning he re-interviewed two witnesses… and delivered them to Court to testify from their graveyard shifts…. He also handed me a two page typed report on his work, along with a summary of critical points to cover in their testimony. These two witnesses put the icing on the cake in destroying the State’s case. Jeff’s performance was outstanding.”

“We have recently released our settlement check to counsel and the matter is almost resolved. I did not; however, want the opportunity to pass without commenting on the work you did in helping to resolve this matter. While we expect the independent adjuster to have the necessary qualifications and expertise, there are certainly times where “overachievers” must be noticed. Your grasp of issues and ability to understand the family’s concerns greatly assisted in its outcome. We look favorably upon the next opportunity to assign an investigation to your office. Thanks again for the professionalism and commitment you bring to your vocation.”
